(2.2) A Designer's Toolbox for Revolution at WEI SRAUMforum

It is time for designers who listen, understand, and reflect. Designers who take their time, endure uncertainty, make issues visible, and create space for other perspectives. Design Revolution Now! explores how and for what purposes design can once again become socially and ecologically meaningful. This involves rethinking design practice: building networks, examining existing toolkits, developing new tools, and restoring those that have been forgotten.

The exhibition and the publication of the same name, Design Revolution Now!, question the role and responsibility of a new generation of designers. A temporary student collective from the University of Applied Arts Vienna, accompanied by Harald Gründl, presents 14 posters and a participatory exhibition architecture that offer new impulses for a shift in perspective within design.
